A"The Most Preferred Fraternity in the World"
Kappa Sigma is a men’s college fraternity. Its goals are many, but all center on the promotion of fellowship, leadership, scholarship, and service. The objective of this organization is to excel in all phases of fraternity and student activity at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. To fulfill this objective, the development of scholarship, leadership, community service, social graces, and cultural awareness are encouraged and stressed. One step to achieving the status of a Kappa Sigma is to be a refined gentleman. It is each member’s duty to work diligently toward these objectives so that few may equal and none excel the ideal virtue of a true Kappa Sigma.
As a social Fraternity, we partake in many events throughout the year including but not limited to charity events, social events, community service projects, intermural sports, and Greek Week. The chapter offers a college experience like no other, and one that welcomes all men to partake in. The experience is truly something that one cannot describe in words, and one that we invite all men seeking the fraternity life to enjoy.
