Psychology Students of Color

The mission of Psychology Students of Color is to provide a supportive and warm space for students of color enrolled in the Psychology/Counseling graduate programs. Through connection and collaboration, we hope to foster a community that is empowering and inclusive. This organization will also take on the role of advocate for its members. Specifically to the IUP PsyD program, the PSOC board aims to serve as a liaison between the program's administration and the students of color within the PsyD program. As a group, we make concerted efforts to assure that the needs of students of color have an equitable representation and support within our program.
