Sign Language Club

The mission of the IUP Sign Club is to provide an inclusive setting where students of all levels of fluency in Sign Language (including: American Sign Language [ASL], Pidgin Signed English [PSE], Signed Exact English [SEE], or Simultaneous Communication [SimCom]) can gather, express and share their interest in Sign Language and Deaf Culture. We aim to educate and spread awareness about Sign Language and Deaf Culture to IUP students, staff, faculty, and community members. Awareness and Education are the two key elements that our club is founded on.
