The Lettuce Eating Club
About
The Lettuce Eating Club is a club for students to learn about the nutritional value of lettuce and participate in lettuce-themed games and activities. At the end of the semester, we will hold a "lettuce-off," which involves students competing to see who can eat a head of iceberg lettuce the fastest. The winner of this competition will be named "Head Lettuce."
